Where is my order?

To track your order using the website, log in and click on the “account” icon in the top right corner. This will show you your current wishlist. At the top of wishlist select “purchased” to view your order history. Here you will see and access your tracking information for each order.


If you are using the app, click on the “account” icon in the bottom right corner. Select “My Orders” and your tracking information for each order will be available.


If tracking information is not available, please review your shipment confirmation for an estimate of delivery times. Please also keep in mind that some couriers are experiencing delays in shipment due to COVID as well as a high parcel volumes - please check the website of the individual carrier in order to determine if they may be experiencing delays.


Tracking will only be available once an order has shipped. You will be notified by email when this happens (where you will also find a link to your tracking information). If the order has not yet shipped, please check the "delivery in" estimate on the individual product page, since not all items are available for immediate dispatch.
