How do I return a product?

If you receive something and decide that it's not for you, you can return it within 100 days, undamaged and in its original packaging. 

To return an item, please reach out to our customer support team who will organise this for you. Because we work with hundreds of unique vendors, the return address and procedure may vary depending on the item you want to return. In most cases we can send you a pre-paid postage label, but in some rare cases we may ask you to cover the cost of postage up front (but can reimburse you the postage cost).

If you have received a damaged item, please report this to customer service as soon as possible. Please send a photo of the damaged item as well as the packaging so we can file a damage claim.

Items such as earrings, and other goods that should not be resold due to sanitary issues, must be unworn and in the original unopened packaging. Please contact customer service to determine if your item is something that can be returned.

Personalised prints, made-to-order woven throws, and printed furniture (Curated Designs Studio) cannot be returned. We also include this information in the product listing.
