How do I cancel my order?

Due to orders being immediately forwarded to printing partners and designers, it's not always possible to cancel orders as they could have already been shipped. If you have placed an order and it's already been shipped, we of course can still help by assisting with a return of the item once it arrives. 

We will however try our best to assist if you would like to cancel your order. Please reach out to us and we will immediately contact the printer or designer to see if the cancellation is possible. Please be aware that our offices are in Berlin, Germany, so if this request is placed out of our office hours, we will look into it as soon as we are available.
