How do discounts work?

At Fy!, we run periodic promotions and sales. You can receive promotions for signing up for an account, downloading the app, or various other reasons.

Our promotions are not applied by a checkout code, but are unlocked for your account by an activity such as downloading the app or clicking on a link in an email, which will then activate the promotion to your account. When a promotion is activated, you will see the countdown for it as a banner at the top of the screen, as well as the discounts clearly marked on the app. The discount is limited by time, not by purchases and should still work even if you've closed the app/website. 

Please note that sales, promotions, and discounts can't be used in conjunction or stacked, so the highest discount offered will be applied. In regards to sitewide sales, some select brands choose not to participate, so if the item you are looking to purchase is not discounted, this could be the case.

Promotions are tied to an account, so if you are using multiple devices, you'll need to ensure you are logged into the same account on both devices in order for the promotion to be applied.

If after purchasing you believe the discount has not been applied, we kindly ask that you send your order number to customer support so that we can look in our system and refund the difference if necessary.
