Where do you ship to?

We ship our art prints worldwide, with the exception of Russia, China, United Arab Emirates, and North Korea.

Where do your prints ship from?

We work with printing laboratories based in the U.K., USA, Europe, and Australia. Your order will be shipped from the print lab closest to you.

What is the material used for the glaze in your frames?

We use a high quality, acrylic perspex for the glaze in our frames. We use this rather than glass as it’s less prone to breakages when shipped as well as when in place. It has the same properties as glass, and once hung it’s very hard to notice that it’s not glass.

What is the size difference when ordering a framed print?

The sizes listed are for the print itself, before framing. As our frames are approximately 2 cm wide, this will add 2 cm on each side of the print.

Is the size listed inclusive of the white border?

The size listed on the website/app is inclusive of the border - meaning the printed space will be slightly smaller.

Do you have this print available in larger sizes?

Unfortunately, not every print is available in larger sizing. Due to the resolution of the original artwork, larger sizes could compromise the quality of the print. If larger sizes are not listed as available, this means the artwork doesn’t support it and therefore it’s not available for purchase.

How do I submit a message for my personalised print?

After you've purchased a personalised print, someone from our art team will reach out to the email address connected to your order, to get your message. They’ll then provide you with a draft version for you to approve. If you’re not seeing an email from them within 24 hours of your order being placed, please also check your spam folder.
