Click on the item you like.
Use the scale to select your preferred size.
Choose your style: unframed, framed, and/or canvas. To learn more about the differences between each style, check out this guide.
Click Add to Cart, then Checkout Securely.
Fill in your details and choose your payment method: PayPal, Google Pay, or Shop.
You will then see a smiley! Your order has been placed. Please check your email as you will receive a confirmation email (and don't forget to check your spam folder too).
What if the product I want to buy is out of stock?
If a product you love is out of stock, you can add it to your wishlist to keep an eye on when it's back. Items are usually restocked within 30 days. However, as we work with vendors and artists all over the world, we are currently unable to provide specific restock updates.
Why is my order history empty?
In most cases, if your history is empty, your payment was likely declined and the order was not actually placed, or you may have another account that you used previously. To check, please review your credit card, PayPal, or other payment statement to see if the payment was processed.
If payment was processed, please verify that you are logged into the correct email address. If you have purchased or signed up via both the app and the website, customers sometimes accidentally log in through Facebook, and the email addresses may not always match. If you think you have duplicate accounts, get in touch and we can check for you, as our system is currently unable to merge accounts. If you are in the correct account, a charge has gone through, and your order history is still empty, please reach out to our Support Team.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email after placing an order, we recommend checking your spam folder first, as these emails can sometimes end up there.
If it's not there, please check your payment statement to confirm the order went through, as the payment may have been declined.
If everything looks good and you still haven't received your confirmation, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team: we'll be happy to help.
I would like to place a large order: how can I do this?
If you'd like to order more than 25 products or artworks, please contact our Support Team with your requirements and they will manage your order process from there.
