Requesting a cancellation of any order before it ships is possible by contacting our Support Team. For some orders, we will first need to check with the vendor of your item to ensure that cancellation is still possible. Rest assured, in the event that the order in question has already shipped, we can assist you with a return of the item for a full refund once it arrives.
