You can request a cancellation of any order before it ships by contacting our Support Team. For some orders, we'll first need to check with the vendor of your item to ensure that a cancellation is still possible.
If you have placed an order and it's already been shipped, we can still help by assisting with a return of the item for a full refund once it arrives.
Please be aware that our offices are in Berlin, Germany, in the CET timezone, so if this request is placed outside of our office hours, we will get to it as soon as we are available.
