Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order. This email will include a tracking link and a tracking number that will help you follow your parcel, just like the one below:
You can also find your tracking information by logging in to your Fy! account. Once the order has been shipped, your tracking information will be available here.
In some cases, particularly within Europe, your parcel may be handed over to a local courier service for the final stage of the delivery. At this point, tracking updates may be delayed. If you cannot see any updates on the tracking link provided, please check the same tracking number with a universal tracking website, such as https://parcelsapp.com/en/ or with your local courier.
If you don’t see any updates on your tracking link for more than 7 days, the best option is contact your courier directly for an update. If you don’t succeed in locating your parcel, please feel free to contact us using the link below and we will be happy to help you further.
What happens if I don’t receive the email with the tracking link?
Please check the estimated delivery time indicated on the page of the product ordered. You will see this information under the red button on the page, just as below:
