My product has arrived damaged or faulty, what can I do?
Please contact our Support Team who will organise a fast replacement for you.
When contacting us, please include photos of both the damage or fault and the packaging the order arrived in. We need these photos to make a claim with the vendor who shipped your order and will help us to resolve your issue faster.

Remember to include photos highlighting the damage or fault and images of the packaging the order arrived in. We're unable to proceed with your claim without these images.
