Damaged products

Unfortunately, accidents happen and in rare circumstances, items can arrive damaged or faulty. If this has happened to you, we are extremely sorry but rest assured our team is ready to do their best to help fix the issue as quickly as possible. 

  • My product has arrived damaged, what can I do?

Please contact our Support Team who will organise a fast replacement or refund for you.

When contacting us, please share photos of both the damage and the packaging the order arrived in.  We need these photos to make a claim with the vendor who shipped your order and will help us to resolve your issue faster.

  • My product is faulty, what should I do?

Our Support team will contact the vendor and handle this on your behalf. Please contact us and provide photos or a video (if necessary) of the product’s fault so that we have everything we need to get this resolved as soon as possible.
