We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer the option to pay with PayPal.
Only B2B orders are eligible for invoice payment.
We currently accept payments in GBP, Euro, USD and AUD. To shop in your local currency, click on the drop-down box at the top of the homepage, to the left of “My account”, and select your chosen currency.
There could be a number of reasons why your payment is not going through. There are a couple of things you can try to complete your payment and order:
Make sure you have entered the security code correctly from the back of the card
Try an alternative card. It may be that your card issuer has declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with the card provider or contact your bank.
