There is a product missing from my delivery, what should I do?
Our products all dispatch directly from the vendors’ warehouse. Therefore, if you have ordered from multiple vendors, your orders will arrive in multiple packages.
All orders placed within 4 hours from the same vendor will be shipped together.
However, if you find that there is a product missing from a package or if you don’t have any other tracking for outstanding packages please contact our Support team so that they can assist you.
I have received the wrong product in my delivery, what are the next steps?
Our Support team will get in touch with the vendors to arrange delivery of the correct product and return of the incorrect one. Please contact our Support team with your order number so we can get this sorted for you.
