Once you have contacted our Support Team and it has been confirmed that the refund has been issued, please allow 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued back to the payment method you used to purchase the order.
In cases where the refund was issued soon after the payment was made, the refund could take the form of a charge reversal (meaning that the payment will be cancelled by your bank). In this case, your original charge disappears and your bank balance will stay the same. You can easily verify this by confirming that the original payment made to Fy! no longer appears on your bank statement.
Can you issue my refund to a different card if my card is cancelled, lost, expired, or stolen?
We can only refund to your original payment method. If the card used has expired or was lost or stolen and you received a replacement card, this will not prevent your refund from being deposited back to the connected account. If the account itself was closed, please contact our Support Team.
When will I receive my refund after a return?
Once your return is received and processed at the warehouse, we will thereafter action your refund.
We ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for the return to reach us during busy periods. As soon as the return is received and processed, we will send you an email to confirm that your refund has been issued back to the payment method used to purchase.
