I haven't received my refund

Once you have contacted customer service and it's been confirmed that the refund has been issued, please allow 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued back to the payment method you used to purchase the order.


In cases where the refund was issued very quickly after the payment was made, the refund could take the form of a charge reversal (meaning that the payment will be cancelled by your bank). In this case, your original charge disappears and your bank balance will stay the same. You can easily verify this by confirming that the original payment made to Fy! no longer appears on your bank statement.


  • Can you issue my refund to a different card if my card is cancelled, lost, expired, or stolen?

We can only refund your money to your original payment method. If your card has expired or was lost or stolen and you received a replacement card, this will not keep your refund from being deposited back to the connected account. If the account itself was closed, please contact our Support Team.

  • When will I receive my refund after a return?


When your return is received at the warehouse, we will process your return immediately.


We ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for the return to reach us during busy periods. As soon as the return is received and processed, we will send you an email to confirm that your refund has been issued back to the payment method used to purchase.
