As we work with hundreds of unique vendors, the return address and procedure may vary depending on the item you want to return. To return an item please contact our customer support team (instructions at the bottom of this page) with the following information:
In most cases, we will send you a pre-paid postage label that you can print out and attach to the outside of the parcel. You can then drop this parcel off at any post office.
In some rare cases, such as if you are returning the item from a country where we do not yet have a courier relationship, we may ask you to cover the cost of postage upfront (but will reimburse you for the postage cost later).
Please check this article if your item is damaged.
At this time, order exchanges are not possible. However, you can always return a product to us for a refund, so long as it's within policy, and then re-purchase the item you would prefer.
