You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (excluding personalised or custom-made products). To start your return, please contact our Support Team with:

United States
For US customers, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Our products are made to order and production starts as soon as your order is placed. This process ensures each item is unique and helps us reduce overproduction and waste.
Because we do not hold stock, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please see our Damaged Item Policy — we’ll replace it free of charge.

Can I return this item in exchange for another one?
