How do I return an order?

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Our products are made to order and production starts as soon as your order is placed. This process ensures each item is unique and helps us reduce overproduction and waste. 

Because we do not hold stock, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please see our Damaged Item Policy: we’ll replace your order free of charge.

Marketplace

As we work with hundreds of unique vendors, the return procedure may vary depending on the item you want to return and the countries you’re located in. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (excluding personalised or custom-made products). 

To start your return, please contact our Support Team with: 

  • Your order number 

  • The reason for the return 

  • How many packages the items will be returned in
