As we work with hundreds of unique vendors, the return procedure may vary depending on the item you want to return. To return an item please contact our Support Team with the following information:
Order number of the item or items you would like to return
Reason for the return
How many packages your item or items will be returned in
In most cases, we will send you a QR code or pre-paid postage label that you can print out and attach to the outside of the parcel. You can then drop this parcel off at any post office.

Can I return this item in exchange for another one?
At this time, order exchanges are not possible. However, you can follow our returns process for a refund, provided it's within policy and then re-purchase your preferred item.
