Print-on-Demand
As all our items are made to order and production begins immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns. This ensures each piece is unique while helping us reduce overproduction and waste.
The only exceptions are if your item arrives damaged or defective: in that case, we’ll replace it free of charge.

We offer a flexible 14-day return policy for the majority of our marketplace products, beginning from the date of delivery.
The return policy for our marketplace products may vary from one product to another. For example, personalised items such as personalised throws are non-returnable products.
However, don’t worry, this is clearly outlined on their respective product page. Once the return has been requested, our team will send you further instructions on how to return the product. We are not able to offer returns after the 14 days period has passed.
