For this reason, we offer a flexible 90-day return policy that starts from the date of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as personalised prints or woven throws, are made-to-order and cannot be returned. Non-returnable items are indicated on the product page before purchase.

Can I return an item in exchange for another one?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we do offer a straightforward refund process for items returned within our return policy. Once you have received your refund, you can then purchase the preferred item from our website. Please refer to this article for instructions on returning your item.
