Fy! Return and Exchange policy

We always hope that you will love your purchase but we totally understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. That is why we have a flexible 30 days return policy from the date of delivery. This is subject to the exclusions outlined below:

  • Made to order items such as personalised prints or woven throws cannot be returned. Any items which are non-returnable are listed as such on the product page.

Can I return an item in exchange for another one?

At this time, order exchanges are not possible. However, as an alternative solution, you can always return a product to us for a refund, as long as it's within our returns policy. This will then allow you to re-purchase the item you would prefer. For return instructions, please see this article.
