Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to make a return.

We have different return policies according to the product and the country. Rest assured, you’ll find the return policy for each product clearly outlined on its respective page.


UK and Europe

We offer a flexible 14-day return policy for the majority of our products, beginning from the date of delivery. Please note that personalised items such as personalised prints and throws are non-returnable products. However, don’t worry, this is clearly outlined on their respective product page.

Once the return has been requested, our team will send you further instructions on how to return the product. Please note that we are not able to offer returns after the 14-day period has passed.

United States
As all our items are made to order and production begins immediately after purchase we do not accept returns. This ensures each piece is unique while helping us reduce overproduction and waste.
 The only exceptions are if your item arrives 
damaged or defective—in that case, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Can I return an item in exchange for another one?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, customer satisfaction remains our highest priority. Therefore, please don’t hesitate to contact us on the link below for more information on your possibilities.


What if my order is damaged?
